MULTI TABLE TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

Multi Table Type Shot Blasting are in improvised version of a conventional type swing table shot blasting machine. These machines provide the advantage of lower cycle and higher productivity.

Due to smaller auxiliary table dia. the components get maximum impact of the blast stream. The main table indexes at a pre-determined time based upon the set cycle time. Component loading and unloading can be done simultaneously along with the shot blasting operation happening inside the blasting chamber.

The machine have satellite tables ranging from 5 to 10 tables each with a varying table dia. of 300mm to 550mm depending upon the product and volume of production. Wheel orientation and location can be changed during the designing stage based upon the component geometry and suitability. These machines are highly compact and can function is small spaces.
