T" TYPE SPINNER HANGER MACHINE

Production lines based upon Continuous production systems are very suitable for incorporating T" Type Spinner Hanger Shot Blasting Machines. These machines are designed to shot blast large forging and fabricated components such as axles, boom, bucket and stick for back hoe of loader excavators.

Components are mounted on the hooks and simultaneously one job is getting processed in the blasting chamber. Additional heavy duty hanging liners are also provided at the blasting hot zone. The blasting chamber is lined completely with wear resistant manganese liners The surface finishing of the jobs are ensured by proper rotation and simultaneously oscillation of the job hook through a suitable spinner drive arrangement.
