Continuous Flow Machine - Inline Series is specially designed for surface finishing operation of bevel gears, these machines are suitable for single piece flow type application or for high volume bulk components with complicated geometries. The components can be blasted in a single pass. The blasting wheel RPM as well as the line speed of the conveyor are adjustable through VFD depending upon the finished requirement and production. An automatic loading option is available through using a job manipulator or robotic manipulator. These machines come with standard safety and productivity features such as shot level indicators, a conveyor jam alarm, a blasting wheel maintenance alarm, a constant abrasive flow unit, and other TPM and POKA-YOKE concepts. Blasting wheel options are  available from 1-3 nos with 5HP - 15HP motors.
