ROTARY HANGER TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

Rotary Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine system is the highlight of SÛR'FIS KLENZ. This system is extremely compact and is suitable for plants with major space constraints. The machine is suitable specifically for aluminum components, heat treated & forging. The machine is a suitable alternative to the generally recommended large size monorail type spinner hanger machine.

The machine does not require any foundation. The chamber is in the shape of a cylindrical drum which is divided in to compartments. Each compartments is equipped with a spinner hook to mount the hangers with the components to be cleaned. The loading/unloading area of the machine is open, so that one compartment can be unloaded and re-loaded while parts are blast cleaned in the other compartment.
