CONTINUOUS TABLE TYPE SHOT PEENING MACHINE

SÛR' FIS KLENZ has designed and executed many Continuous Table Type Shot Peening Machine. These machines come with multiple number of satellite tables depending upon production requirement and application. The highlight of this machine is that the main table on which the satellite tables are mounted is continuously rotating through a suitable drive train.

These machines are typically used for the processing of gear parts such as shafts and other transmission gears. Two blasting wheels are positioned at the 2 opposite corners of the machine in such a way that both the flank as well root of a gear component can be shot peened perfectly. Since 2 blasting wheels are present at the both the opposite side of the blasting chamber , they provide a wide 60° blast stream ensuring that number of satellites with the components are covered within the blast area.

The orientation of blasting wheels can be configured depending upon component geometry and shot peening requirements. All necessary shot peening process controls parameters are incorporated in the machine.
